Plastic Waste Collection: The company collects plastic waste from various sources such as households, businesses, and industries.

Sorting and Separation: The collected plastic waste is sorted and separated into different types based on their chemical composition, color, and other physical characteristics. This process ensures that the plastic waste is properly segregated to be efficiently processed for recycling.

Recycling: Al Safa Factory utilizes advanced recycling technology to convert the sorted plastic waste into new usable materials. The recycling process involves shredding, melting, and extruding the plastic waste into pellets or granules, which can be used to manufacture new plastic products.

Plastic Compounding: Al Safa Factory also offers plastic compounding services, where the recycled plastic pellets are mixed with additives and colorants to produce custom-made compounds that meet specific customer requirements.

Quality Control: The company ensures that all recycled plastic materials meet strict quality standards through rigorous testing and inspection procedures. This ensures that the recycled plastic products are of the highest quality and meet customer expectations.

There are seven different types of plastics that can be recycled, which are categorized by their resin identification code (RIC) that is usually located on the bottom of plastic products. The seven types of plastic that can be recycled are:

1. Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET or PETE): This is the most recycled plastic       and is often used for water bottles, soda bottles, and food containers.

2. High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE): This type of plastic is used for milk              jugs, detergent bottles, and some plastic bags.

3. Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC): This type of plastic is commonly used for pipes,          vinyl flooring, and window frames.

4. Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE): This type of plastic is used for plastic            bags, squeezable bottles, and some food packaging.

5. Polypropylene (PP): This type of plastic is used for food containers, bottle          caps, and some automotive parts.

6. Polystyrene (PS): This type of plastic is commonly used for foam                          packaging,  disposable cups, and food containers.

7. Other plastics: This category includes any plastic that does not fall into the      first six categories. Some examples include polycarbonate (PC), which is           used for some water bottles and CDs, and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene         (ABS), which is used for toys and electronics.
